I’m a 26-year-old mom of three boys who is passionate about sourdough.

Life is busy with a five-year-old, a toddler, and a newborn, but baking has always been a way for me to find balance and creativity in the chaos of motherhood.

Before fully embracing my role as a stay-at-home mom, I was a teacher for three years. However, after the birth of my youngest, I made the decision to focus on being present for my children. It wasn’t until I came home full-time that I realized how much I missed out on with my oldest, which led me to make family my top priority. Even though I’ve worn different hats—teacher, wife, mom—my journey with sourdough is what lights me up now, and I’m excited to share that passion with you.

My sourdough journey truly began during the 2020 lockdown, but my love for bread-making started earlier when my husband and I were on a tight grocery budget. With just basic ingredients—flour, water, salt, and yeast—I learned how to bake bread from scratch. When I switched to sourdough, I discovered a whole new world of bread-making and started experimenting with artisan sourdough loaves, bagels, pretzels, and more.

After taking a break due to life’s demands, I returned to sourdough with a renewed passion. As a stay-at-home mom, I decided to create my own sourdough starter from scratch and focused on mastering the sourdough process. I love experimenting and developing my own sourdough recipes, combining both the art and science of bread-making, while adapting methods that suit my family’s lifestyle.

Now, I’m here to share my sourdough tips, recipes, and knowledge with you. Whether you’re a beginner looking to start a sourdough starter from scratch or a seasoned baker aiming to perfect your sourdough bread, I offer simple, easy-to-follow instructions.
